في لقاء سري جمع بن القيادي الصهيوني ثيودور هرتزل والسلطان عبد الحميد، عرض فيه على السلطان أن يدفع اليهود كل مديونية الخلافة الإسلامية، وكانت مبلغا مهولا، مقابل أن يتنازل السطان عن فلسطين لليهود، فرفض السلطان في شمم، وقال قولته المشهورة (إن فلسطين ليست ملكي بل هي ملك لكل المسلمين وتبتر يميني إن وقّعت صكا بذلك) فكان جزاؤه خلعه في تحالف شهير ما بين الصهيونية والصليبية ، وتقسيم العالم الإسلامي إلى كيانات لا تقوم على الجغرافيا ولا التاريخ، ولكنها تقوم على المؤامرة في حينها والقادمة.
الغريب في الأمر أن اتفاقية سايكس بيكو التي مزقت العالم الإسلامي أبقوها سرا، إلى أن كشفتها ثورة البلاشفة عام 17 على يد فلاديمير لينين. ويبدو أن النسخة الجديدة لسايكس بيكو قد دخلت الآن إلى طور التنفيذ على الأرض، ففلسطين تحت الاحتلال، وسوريا تحت الاحتلال حتى مشارف دمشق، ونصف لبنان، والنصف الآخر تحت التهديد، وليبيا قد تم اقتسامها، والسودان على الطريق بعد سقوط دارفور وخراب كردفان، وقد سقطت بالأمس حضرموت وتمزق اليمن إلى شمالي وجنوبي، وتنامت بذرة الخلاف ما بين المغرب والجزائر، أما تونس فقد أصبحت سجنا كبيرا ضاع مفتاح بابه الفولاذي في بحر الاستبداد، والعراق عاد بعد غزوه إلى العصر الحجري، أما السعودية فإنهم قد أعدوا لها الأسباب ولم يبق إلا الإعلان عن ضربها وتقسيمها، ومصر الكبرى هي الآن تحت ابتزاز الديون وسد النهضة، الذي سيجعل مائها غورا أو سلعة تباع كما يباع البترول، وحدودها الجنوبية فحدث ولا حرج، فإذا أضفت لكل ذلك ما يحدث لتركيا بخلافات الداخل العلماني المتغرب وسكاكين الأكراد، ومحاصرة إيران بحرب لا تعرفها أهي اليوم أم غدا، فإن المخطط الآثم لعمري قد اكتمل نظريا وعمليا. بقيت قطر والكويت، والبحرين والإمارات، وهذه قد استسلمت لا بالنية ولكن بالفعل الباطش، فكل مدينة منها على خاصرتها قاعدة أو بالأحرى على خاصرتها خنجر مسموم.
بالأمس القريب أعلنت إسرائيل اعترافها بدولة أرض الصومال، وسوف تتوالى الاعترافات من أمريكا وبقية الصويحبات، وسوف تنال غدا أثيوبيا الصديقة الكبرى لإسرائيل الميناء المشتهى. ولن يبقى في أيدينا من المشهد إلا بكاء عبد الله الصغير وهو يودع الأندلس، وكلمات أمه الأميرة عائشة الجارحة الخالدة: (ابكِ كالنساءِ ملكاً لم تدافع عنه كالرجال).

In a secret meeting that brought together the Zionist leader Theodor Herzl and Sultan Abdul Hamid, Herzl offered that the Jews would pay off the entire debt of the Islamic Caliphate—an enormous sum—on the condition that the Sultan relinquish Palestine to the Jews. What is striking is that the Sykes–Picot Agreement, which tore apart the Islamic world, was kept secret until it was exposed by the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 under Vladimir Lenin. It appears that a new version of Sykes–Picot has now entered the phase of execution on the ground: Palestine is under occupation; Syria is occupied up to the outskirts of Damascus; half of Lebanon is occupied and the other half under threat; Libya has been divided; Sudan is next after the fall of Darfur and the devastation of Kordofan; Hadramawt fell yesterday and Yemen has been torn into north and south; the seeds of discord between Morocco and Algeria have grown; Tunisia has become a vast prison whose steel key has been lost in the sea of despotism; Iraq, after its invasion, has returned to the Stone Age; as for Saudi Arabia, the pretexts have been prepared and only the announcement of striking and dividing it remains; and Greater Egypt is now under the blackmail of debt and the Renaissance Dam, which will render its water either depleted or a commodity sold like oil, not to mention its southern borders.
If to all this you add what is happening to Turkey—with internal conflicts between secular Westernizers and the Kurdish knives—and the encirclement of Iran by a war whose timing is uncertain, whether today or tomorrow, then the sinful plot, by my life, has been completed both theoretically and practically. Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and the Emirates remain—and these have surrendered, not in intention but in brutal fact, for each of their cities bears on its flank a base, or rather a poisoned dagger.
Just recently, Israel announced its recognition of the state of Somaliland. Recognitions by America and the rest of its minor allies will follow, and tomorrow Ethiopia—Israel’s great friend—will obtain the long-coveted port. Nothing will remain in our hands of this scene except the weeping of Abdallah al-Sagheer as he bids farewell to al-Andalus, and the enduring, piercing words of his mother, Princess Aisha: “Weep like women for a kingdom you did not defend like men.”
